On May 12th, the AIA launched the new Guide for Sustainable Projects which was developed to assist users of AIA Contract Documents in understanding contractual considerations unique to sustainable design and construction projects. The Guide is available as a free download.
On October 5th, the AIA released four new documents including agreements for Multi-Family, Mixed Use, and Single Family Residential Projects, a Condominium Project Guide, and a scope of Architect’s Services for Regional or Urban Planning.
