AIA Long Island Emerging Professional Friendly Firms Program

AIA Long Island is launching the 2021 Emerging Professional Friendly Firm Program. All architecture firms that have an office in Long Island and are AIA member firms are eligible to apply. The AIA Long Island Emerging Professional Friendly Firm program aims to identify firm initiatives that promote the advancement of Emerging Professionals through professional development and personal growth opportunities. The accuracy of the data reported through this questionnaire benefits firms, firm leadership and Emerging Professionals.

An Emerging Professional (EP) is defined by the AIA as a student, recent graduate or architect licensed within the last 10 years. Please include part time and full-time staff in your responses in the survey.

This award is being sponsored by the AIA LI Emerging Professionals Committee (LIEPC). The LIEPC committee reviews survey responses and award ‘Emerging Professional Friendly’ status to firms who display an outstanding commitment to the development of their Emerging Professional staff. This is an excellent opportunity for firms based on Long Island to showcase their commitment to Emerging Professionals. There is no charge to apply, only each firm’s pledge of dedication toward this effort.
