The mission of the AIA Long Island Women in Architecture Committee (LIWIA) is to encourage the success and leadership of women in the architectural industry. The purpose of the LIWIA Committee is to foster fellowship, cooperation, networking and unity between members; all this to empower women at all levels in their careers.
